What is Cengage Brain's return / refund / exchange policy?

Cengage Brain accepts returns on physical items, non-electronic books, like CDs.   The e-books are refundable under certain circumstances, which I listed below.  Here is their policy pulled from the site:

"Refunds or exchanges are available for non-electronically delivered products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are generally not available for items delivered electronically including Access Codes for online products. To view our eBook refund policy, please see below. Returns must be in saleable condition and sent via a prepaid method to Cengage Learning at the following address:

All software and CD-ROMs must be returned to Cengage Learning with the original envelope seal or package seal unbroken and intact."

and

"eBooks purchased after 7/1/11 are refundable under certain circumstances:

- You purchased your subscription to the eBook no more than 2 weeks prior to the date on which you are requesting a refund

- You have not viewed or printed more than 20% of the text

- You have not redeemed the Access Code for any of the eResources or Companion Materials included with the eBook

- You have not received a refund for the same title previously

Please also note that eBooks and eChapters in offline mode must be checked in to online mode in order to get a refund.
